Advantages: First of all, the owner waited for us when we arrived after 22 p.m., and left the room for us until 13 p.m. on the day of our departure.

Then, the small house is located 5 minutes walk from the traditional village, it is charming, with its look and its typical Balinese statues, a large equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, gas hobs...), a nice small swimming pool, a large bedroom and a naturally lit bathroom. Disadvantages: The bathroom could be cleaner, there may be some humidity concerns.
The switches are a little hard to find!

Advantages: Cozy and super nice place, I highly recommend. The bed is super comfortable, the pool is clean, the wifi is strong and stable enough for video calls, the breakfast is very good and the host Ketut is super friendly, I loved it! The village is super cute and the people very kind. Disadvantages: Just note that there are no restaurants or shops, so do your shopping before if ever ;) otherwise everything is on top thank youiii Ketut

Advantages: The villa is a real piece of paradise away from the tourist area. The villa has everything you need and the bed was comfy. The pool was great to cool off in and the kitchen was fully equipped for a short or long stay. Breakfast was amazing and my Indonesian husband said the Nasi goreng was one of the best he’s had. Ketut is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Disadvantages: Nothing. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Advantages: Everything is new, beautiful well equipped room, very comfortable large bed + 1 appreciable extra bed. Small pool very friendly, and as a bonus a kitchen area. Really, really good. Disadvantages: A little isolated, the first Warungs are 15 minutes away, but that's not very important

Advantages: We were touched by the welcome of Ketut. The latter really explained and showed us the traditions of his village and more generally of Bali.
We had the chance to experience the Galungan ceremony in the village. Ketut dressed us in the traditional clothes he lent us. During the whole ceremony he explained and integrated us.

Moreover, the accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is functional and allows you to prepare your own meals. The bed is comfortable. The pool is clean.

The neighborhood is also quiet and allowed us to discover the village of Tenganan. A walk from the village also allows you to admire the rice fields. Disadvantages: We were aware that the house was far from the shops, this is also what makes its tranquility!

Advantages: Humanly speaking; Villa Melanting is by far our most beautiful experience during our stay in Bali. Immersed in a traditional village of the island, the host was able to welcome us and accompany us perfectly.
In addition, the villa is warm, clean and very well equipped.
The breakfasts are also delicious!

Advantages: A very nice host with well prepared tips in the region.
You have a great privacy with your own pool and an outdoor kitchen.
Ketut the owner had prepared restaurant suggestions including free transfer to the restaurant and back.
Furthermore, there were suggestions for excursions e.g. snorkeling at the Blue Lagoon including transfer at attractive prices. Disadvantages: The signage from the road to the villa could still be made.
About 2 km to the beach, you can walk it (not so steep the way) or take the taxi recommendations from Ketut.

Advantages: I was lucky to find this place. Initially, I thought of staying here for a couple of nights, but ended up staying for a couple of months. The owner is a very attentive and kind person. He helped with all the questions, introduced me to friends who live in the neighborhood, they treated me to chicken soup and local palm wine. Ketut also took me to a local ceremony associated with the Galungan and Kuningan holidays, the temple is very close to the villa, and to immerse yourself in the atmosphere, you just had to walk a little to the road. This is the first place in my 4 month stay in Bali where I felt so good. The villa is located in a very beautiful area of Chandi Dasa, wherever you are going to go from the villa, it will be beautiful everywhere. Rice fields, mountains, and beaches that can be found very close to the Villa. The villa itself has a pool, own kitchen, shower, toilet and is located in a very quiet area. You will meet other tourists here very rarely, which I like. You can book the option with breakfast included, the breakfasts are very large and tasty, so I recommend this option. I am very grateful to the owner Ketut for such hospitality, this is the coolest place on the island! Even when my booking was coming to an end, Ketut helped me with finding accommodation in the area, which is very nice. Disadvantages: Nothing, I liked everything about my stay at this villa.
